APPROACH

I have received full legal training in both the common law and civil law systems and I limit my practice to international arbitration and litigation in commercial, investment and public international law disputes. Geography is not an object. I have practiced international arbitration in the EU and the US and my current cases often involve European, Latin American, Asian and African issues and/or parties. My ability to handle cross-jurisdictional issues within a single research often eliminates the need to hire multiple lawyers.
I keep the Chambers’ overhead low by investing in technology rather than expensive offices. My approach is designed around remote collaboration and passing on the efficiencies to my clients. My processes emphasize cost control, transparency, and effective project management. In other words, you get first-rate truly specialist international arbitration lawyering without paying for unnecessary overhead, under the fee arrangement that works best for you.
